For SAME DAY shipments:
It is necessary to have placed the order before 2:30 PM (central time) of the same day and pay an EXTRA cost of 250.00 pesos
Delivery Times
Monday to Friday
They start at 8:00 AM and our last delivery is at 8:00 PM (Central Time)
Saturdays and Sundays
They start at 9:00 AM and our last route leaves at 8:00 PM (Central Time).
Mother's Day and Valentine's Day
The delivery time is between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM
Due to the volume load there are no deliveries with special hours.
IMPORTANT.
If the recipient cannot be found, we will contact the contact provided to resolve the delivery situation.
In case of no response, we will deliver your order to someone close to you: neighbor, colleague or receptionist who identifies himself and says he knows the recipient.
If no one can receive the arrangement, you will be notified to reschedule the shipment with the charge that this generates.
